Begin Your Day With Gratitude

Science has proven what the heart has always known. That gratitude changes lives. I personally try to begin each day with my gratitude list. It keeps me both grounded and optimistic. We all do better when we feel and express gratitude. Here is one way to tap into gratitude and a deeper sense of purpose. During the entire month of May, Quint Studer has hosted the Gratitude Symposium as a way to thank healthcare workers. With 45 speakers on a variety of topics, the Symposium is well worth your time.

May is Nurse’s Month and a time when we also celebrate Hospital Week. What better time to salute all the people who step up every day, giving unselfishly to make the world a better place? Most sessions are about 30 minutes.

Fortunately, the entire symposium is available to anyone, free of charge. With over 60,000 people registered, the Studer team has agreed to keep the recordings live for a full month. That means you can listen when the time is best for you.

I’m honored to be included as a speaker for this event. Find out more.
