Molly Reagan is a healthcare consultant and a board-certified Nurse Executive (NE-BC) with extensive
experience in care delivery, patient experience, leadership development and operational performance
improvement. With a background in executive hospital administration and consulting, Molly partners
with healthcare organizations to enhance patient experience, improve operational efficiency, optimize
staffing strategies, and drive long-term sustainability across inpatient, ambulatory, and procedural
settings.

With leadership roles spanning health systems, academic medical centers, and community hospitals,
Molly has extensive experience and demonstrated success in financial performance improvement,
workforce optimization, and patient flow redesign.

Molly previously served as Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at North Memorial Hospital in
Minnesota, where she led strategic hospital-wide initiatives, reducing length of stay and cutting
premium labor costs by 50%. As Director of Operations at Northwestern Memorial in Chicago, she
directed the launch of five urgent care clinics serving 40,000 patients annually, overseeing new service
line expansion, workforce recruitment, and patient experience initiatives.
Molly holds a Master of Science in Health Administration from the University of St. Francis and a
Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kent State University. She is also a board-certified Nurse Executive
(NE-BC).
