Grace Marin is a highly skilled coach, trainer, consultant and seasoned patient experience leader with over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare. In one word, Grace is genuine and is best known for her ability to quickly connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Her clinical experience includes medical/surgical nursing, NICU and as a nurse educator. Grace also has a proven track record for improving HCAHPS metrics by implementing evidence-based methodology. Her unique ability to consistently get results helped her advance from Assistant Manager to System Director of Patient Experience at a world renowned academic healthcare system in New York City.
Grace earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University and her dual Master’s degree in nursing and business administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix. She is also a Certified Patient Experience Professional through the Beryl Institute.
She is a gifted national and international speaker with presentations at the Beryl Institute annual conference, Press Ganey National Client Conference and at Yanbian University of Science and Technology in Yanji, China. Today she is a consultant, coach and trainer for the Baird Group.
